We are a small outfit making gear for dogs in their later years. Everything below is written the way we would explain it to you on the phone. If something is unclear, ask us and we will answer.
01 Returns & refunds
All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, and we'd rather say so up front.
If you're unsure whether a product suits your dog, write to us before you order at alexiadam@icloud.com. Tell us the breed, weight and what you're lifting for, and we'll tell you honestly if it's not the right tool.
This doesn't limit your rights. Quebec's legal warranty (Consumer Protection Act, ss. 37–38) applies to every order and can't be excluded. Read the full refund policy.
That's on us. Email your order number and a photo, ideally within 7 days of delivery, and we replace or refund it at no cost, shipping included. Refunds are issued within 15 days.
You can cancel at no cost until your order ships. If it isn't delivered within 30 days after the estimated date, you can cancel and get a full refund.
02 Shipping & delivery
We ship to Canada and the United States. Orders are processed within 2 business days, then usually arrive 5 to 10 business days later. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking doesn't move for 7 days, write to us and we'll chase it with the carrier. Read the full shipping policy.
Some orders may ship from the United States. If import duties or taxes apply, they're shown at checkout or collected by the carrier.
Tell us right away and we'll fix it if the parcel hasn't left yet.
03 Privacy & cookies
We collect what an order needs: your name, addresses, email and what you bought. Payment is handled by our payment processor; we never see your full card number. We don't sell your information.
We share it only with the services that run the shop: Shopify, our fulfilment partners, the carrier, and Meta only if you accept advertising cookies. Some of them are outside Quebec, including in the US.
Analytics and advertising cookies are off until you accept them in the cookie banner. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information at any time at alexiadam@icloud.com. Person in charge of personal information: Alexi Adam.
04 Terms of service
Prices are in Canadian dollars, and the total with shipping and taxes is shown before you confirm. If a product is out of stock or listed at an obvious wrong price, we tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.
Our products are mobility and grooming aids, not medical devices, and they don't replace veterinary care. Ask your vet before using a sling after surgery or an injury. Check the fabric and stitching regularly and stop using it if it's worn or torn.
The terms are governed by Quebec law, and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act always apply. Read the full terms · Legal notice
Questions before you order, a problem with a delivery, or a dog you are not sure the harness suits — write to us and describe the situation. We answer honestly, including when the answer is that our product is not what you need.
