Hup started with one problem: an older dog whose back legs don't keep up anymore, and an owner whose back pays for every lift. We look for plain, well-built gear that makes that part of the day easier.
The Hup & Up was the first piece. Anything we add after it has to solve a real, everyday problem just as directly.

The Hup & Up is one size, with straps that adjust to the dog and to you. If you're unsure, write to us with your dog's breed and weight before you order.
Will it work for post-surgery recovery? +
Many owners use a sling during recovery, but your vet decides when and how much support is right. Ask them first, then follow what they prescribe.
How fast does it ship? +
Orders are processed within 2 business days and usually arrive 5 to 10 business days after that, in Canada and the US. You get a tracking number by email.
What if it doesn't work for my dog? +
Every sale is final, so if you're unsure, write to us before you order. Tell us your dog's breed, weight and what you're lifting for, and we'll tell you straight whether it's the right tool. If it arrives damaged, defective or not as described, we replace or refund it. That's on us, and Quebec's legal warranty applies either way.
